  • Head of marketing for Counsilman-Hunsaker, leading a team responsible for developing and delivering the fully integrated B2B growth marketing strategy for two brands: Counsilman-Hunsaker and a subsidiary SaaS start-up, HydroApps, LLC.

  • Led the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies, resulting in a $7 million growth in Counsilman-Hunsaker’s marketing-influenced revenue.

  • Directed the go-to-market strategy and launch of the HydroApps brand in partnership with sales, product, and customer success, achieving an average annual growth rate of 62% since its 2018 entry into the market.

  • Directed the omnichannel marketing strategy and brand messaging for 85 campaigns, including 15 long-term brand-building campaigns and 8 go-to-market product launches.

  • Led the implementation and optimization of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including automated scoring and lead routing, ideal customer profiles, buyer journey and engagement programs, landing pages, and dynamic content.

  • Led change management initiatives across marketing operations to streamline processes, improve workflow efficiency, and cultivate innovative practices, leading to a 39% increase in productivity, and enhancing alignment with organizational goals.

  • Directed digital marketing, social media, and search engine optimization strategies, leading to a 3.7x increase in website traffic and a 4.5x increase in social media reach over five years.

  • Budgeted and directed field marketing strategies for 17 - 21 tradeshows annually, including planning, logistics, asset procurement, on-site support, lead retrieval, and pre-and-post-event campaigns.

  • Budgeted and led the planning and execution of the brand advertising strategies for two brands across 16 publications, including print and digital advertising and ad retargeting.

  • Led the development of 4 new websites for 2 brands, including 2 B2B e-commerce sites, 1 B2C e-commerce site, and the redesign of a 12-year-old website.

  • Led the setup and hands-on administration of 2 Salesforce orgs with Sales and Marketing Clouds, building the data architecture, creating workflows and process automation, and developing custom apps and functionality to advance data quality and efficiency.

  • Developed comprehensive reporting frameworks for pipeline forecasting, revenue tracking, and performance metrics, leveraging Salesforce and BI tools to provide strategic insights for stakeholders.

  • Managed vendor relationships, procurement, budgeting, and contracting for the entire marketing tech stack.

  • Championed potential new technologies, including AI solutions, and provided cross-functional team leadership on technology decisions.
