Revenue Operations Portfolio

I introduced the concept of revenue operations to Counsilman-Hunsaker and HydroApps in 2020, which quickly became a primary function of my role. It is a strategic framework that brings together revenue-related activities and seeks to align multiple departments, including sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. Having led our sales and marketing operations and championed an account-based marketing strategy, this went hand-in-hand with my role as the chief marketer.
