Counsilman-Hunsaker's field marketing was a large piece of the overall marketing budget, typically accounting for 22-25% of the annual marketing budget. Each year, between 17 - 21 tradeshows were planned for both Counsilman-Hunsaker and HydroApps, including 5+ national and international conferences. Directing the field event marketing involved budgeting and planning for new and replacement assets for the booths, promotional items, and travel.
